Flew Economy Class
This was the first time I was travelling alone. I checked in online at home & brought my printed boarding pass to the appropriate counter at Terminal 2. The staff there was friendly & helpful with questions asked. Boarding was supposed to be at 4:30pm but we ended up boarding at 4:45 pm or so. We were stuck in the un-airconditioned bus for 20-25 minutes before we finally got to the plane. Flight: Legroom was ATROCIOUS! I am 157cm tall & have flown before with my family. It was extremely cramped & so was the seat. Imagine how people taller than me felt, especially those with long legs. The touchscreen was hot the whole time(?!). Flight instructions were rushed & bizarre. I was sitting in the last row of the airplane & I could not see what the host/hostess was even talking about. Plus, they were rushing through their words so it sounded like a jumble. Meal: They almost skipped giving me my meal, even though I’d paid for it in advance(butter chicken & rice) & the air hostesses were standing in my row. They knew my seat number & meal request. Yet they didn’t even ask me, simply because my title was MR & not MRS/MISS(my full name was correct). Does it hurt to ask? I caught their attention & showed them my meal request on my ticket. I also reiterated that yes, the title was MR(I’m not a male, this was a mistake). Disbelievingly they gave me my meal. It was a small meal in a foil container, extremely hot(I burnt my tongue) & came with a small cup of water. I should have bought cheaper (& better) food from places near my house instead of wasting AED 35(9.53 $) on this meal. Bathroom: Extremely tight! Also, there was no water hose which is extremely unusual for an airline from a Muslim-majority country!!(In Muslim “countries”, the overwhelming majority of people clean themselves after relieving with water or water+tissue). Pros: -Direct flight, speedy online check in process Cons: -Cramped seat, limited legroom, expensive but useless meal(get your own food!), very tight toilet Wear light clothes as the cabin will likely not have adequate AC!!

I travelled from Thessaloniki to Dubai with 7 other family members returning from a wedding. The flight was on time, the seats were adequate for a short trip, the staff were very friendly and efficient. We had a lovely flight and were well informed by the crew along the way. Landing in Dubai was easy and we travelled through the airport quickly and the bags arrived on time. The cost of tickets was very reasonable and we gained points which can be used with Emirates airline.

I just returned from my trip to Dubai last week and would sum up my UNPLEASANT experience in 5 points below. My Worst decision ever to travel by “FlyDubai” – its a whole new level for “Low Cost Airline” 1. The seats are highly uncomfortable that is can’t even fit a medium built person. 2. Buy food which is expensive and inadequate and kind of first come first serve basis. 3. Staff behavior is full of rudeness and their unresponsive attitude makes you vulnerable to their mercies. Even if you want a glass of water ( Read Buy) wait for eternity. 4. This is not a low cost but a cheap Airline and staff leaves no point to make you feel one (Cheap) 5. The check in to boarding experience is uniquely worst in itself- it seems the staff doesn’t care and nor does the airline as they have nothing to loose because at the end Its a low cost (Cheap) I would recommend to try other Low cost airlines who still cares about the passengers dignity.

I would like to share with you my worst experience ever which I had with Fly Dubai. Being traveling very often with different airlines this was the worst service and attitude I have ever face in my life. My mother use to fly with air Arabia and UIA very often and this time we decided to book fly dubai for the first time as it’s going directly to kyiv which is very comfortable. When my mother arrived to Dubai she asked me to do not book this flight any more, as even to get one glass of water the staff makes you feel like you are asking the gold from them, they are not polite and not attentive at all. As she had return ticket on 28.08.17 she supposed to fly again but she didn’t… because there was NO SPACE IN THE FLIGHT!!! And we arrived on time!!! How it’s possible, who sets on the place which I have paid!!!! I can’t express my feeling in this letter as what happened later was worst. We have asked to talk to a manager or person in charge. Normally this people has proper office, but fly Dubai hasn’t and after waiting more than 40 min someone finally approached us, it was supervisor in charge. He explained to us they the flight is over booked and he can’t do anything except offer next available flight. So easy!!!!! My question is how it’s possible that you are selling more than your capacity!??? This is total disaster!!! Kindly see below points which nobody cared about: 1. My mother is an old woman with hypertension. Because of stress received we have to call medical support. It’s registered in your system that she had high blood pressure. Nobody offered for her a chair!! 2. I’m pregnant woman and was standing on this desk for about 5 hours and nobody offered for me chair !!! Normally good respecting companies has an office! 3. My mother had train ticked to reach home from Kiev which was booked 2 month an advance as this train going to south and always full! She miss that train and nobody care how is going to get home! 10 hours way! 4. I have 2 small children (2 years and another 7 month only) waiting for me in the car with my friend while we were trying to fix this issue. Almost 5 hours!!! 5. Nobody care that because of your mistake my mother going to have visa overstay!! They told me that this is my problem!!! 6. Staff on the desk very unprofessional and cold, they not qualified to do their job properly! 8. Because there was not train available on the other date I booked with my own money fly ticket to her home town which cost me 1150 AED. Your staff told me to do that as it’s not their problem and they mentioned that money will be refunded! I was demanding a compensation as per their instruction but the only answer which i have got from them was “As per our policy we are not able to compensate you your expenses”. POLICY?? What kind of policy is it?? You are very professional to create problems for people, to put them in trouble in order to get some money! At the end want to mention there was one more lady crying in the terminal because of the same issue and nobody care about

Possibly the worst airline operating. This was my 2nd flight with them, during my 1st flight to Georgia, they had a hidden preselected travel inusrance which they refused to refund & delayed the baggage by a day, I still chose to fly with them . This time from Muscat to Zanzibar, where they delayed my baggage for 6 days , on my 7 days vacation, so they practically left me stranded on an island. Worst thing was they had a flight everyday, and I was told on 3 occasion that my bag was tagged for the next flight,& since they don’t deliver bag to your hotel, I must have spent hrs at the airport,& most of the times their flight was delayed by 4 hrs on a 5 hrs route , only to be told the my bag has not arrived. Mind you, I never stopped getting generic email offering their sincere apologies for any inconvenience cause!. So basically I took my most awaited vacation chasing flydubai & getting mentally exhausted. They also failed to mention a voucher for delayed baggage, which if i would not have read, would not have received. I plan to use my voucher, obviously with carry on bag & never ever to fly with them again, & advise the same to any fellow traveler who loves their piece of mind.
