Who is telling the truth? This is an update to my recent review of BA ‘Not fit for purpose’. In it I described the incident where a cabin crew member spilled wine in my lap. On return home I made a modest claim for the both my Chinos and Shirt, which were ruined. Response from BA——— “Not accepted because no cabin crew member entered the incident in the flight log!!!!!” So, I am a liar, eh? This nastiness after buying a flight ticket for almost £1700. Would us Britishers not believe that our national carrier would act honourably? Totally disgraceful.
