BA changed a flight time months ahead which was very inconvenient. When I rang the so called Executive Club they agreed to change the ticket for the additional cost of the ticket with no extra charges. Whilst the online itinerary changed when I arrived at the airport I was told I didn't have a ticket. They told me my payment had not gone through but hadn't informed me. They insisted on charging all associated fees even though it was agreed that would not be the Case. i complained to Customer services who wouldn't remove the charges, gave me lots of platitudes of how wonderful their complaint system is and how seriously they take them but failed to explain their actions or do anything about it. APPALLING CUSTOMER service. and I will do my best never to fly with them again.
