an absolute shambles at Frankfurt airport coupled with a complete indifference from British Airways staff left us in a queue which took longer than the time available to get to the plane. An extremely rude member of staff then proceeded to lie to us about calling all passengers for London City, yet this simply wasn't true. plane took off with just 16 passengers on board. British Airways reluctantly re booked us on a KLM flight the next day which was so much better than the very indifferent British Airways flight.
