Flew BA Premium Economy from Muscat to Heathrow. Old 777 aircraft in poor interior condition. No IFE working in mine nor my fellow passenger seat area. Cabin crew were great but don't have the resources to provide good customer service. Flew economy on the way back but delays caused due to broken "baggage loader" in Edinburgh and broken "air bridge" in Heathrow meant we didn't have sufficient time to use the airport lounge. Very poor food service on the flight to Muscat. Cabin crew informed me that "they aren't supposed to give out snacks to economy passengers" I am a Silver card holder and have just spent my £2400 on Qatar Airways business class Muscat-Edinburgh return. Good bye BA.
