Have flown Club Europe many times, but have seen a decline in standards over the last year or two. The food now offered was terrible on a flight from Palma to Heathrow. An unedible greasy mess called a hot chicken sandwich. The new service of one crew member taking orders for food and drink, and returning to the galley after each order is slow, why ditch the trolley? Now wine is served from a bottle, but trying to get a second glass, is one long wait. The whole experience was depressingly poor. Cheap food, slow service, less room, really has got a lot worse. No longer a premium service.
