This is about the flight we didn't take, due to the C19 virus. Three of us were booked in F-class from Santiago, Chile to Heathrow for June. As soon as BA gave me notice of cancellation I called for a refund. The kind lady answered on the second ring, took my information and said a full refund would be made within 2-3 weeks. The entire call took five minutes. Then, on the very next day, it was credited to my credit card. Talk about first-class service. We take this flight fairly often and, hoping BA returns to Chile look forward to doing so in the future. For me BA gets Five Stars.
