I flied with Indigo at 28/11/2026 from heathrow london to mumbai. When I arrived at Mumbai I lost my 7Kg hand luggage bag in there. Then I spoke indigo office. They said go your last destination maybe you will get it there. Arrived at ahmedabad airport but, I couldn’t find my bag in there as well. Then I complained but still no update. And it's been a 1 month and 12 day but still no update about my bag.

I’ve never met a person like Abhinash Chettri at the Indigo Airlines counter in Terminal 2 during my delhi to coimbatore flight — so polite, well-spoken, and helpful while guiding me about the luggage and lounge. People like him truly make customers happy and help the airline build lasting relationships

IndiGo Airlines – Inflexible, Disorganized, and Unapologetic As a first-time visitor to India, I expected some challenges while travelling — but nothing prepared me for the complete lack of coordination, support, or customer care shown by IndiGo Airlines. Our connection from an international flight was tight due to delays outside our control. One kind IndiGo staff member did try to help — the only highlight in an otherwise chaotic and disjointed experience — but we were ultimately passed from person to person, with no clear instructions or urgency. Despite arriving just under the cut-off, and with airline staff initially willing to assist, we were abandoned at the final hurdle. We missed our flight, received zero support, no alternative arrangements, and not even a basic apology. The problems didn’t end there. On another IndiGo flight, my parents’ luggage was lost , and again we were met with the same cold, bureaucratic indifference. Not only was there no compensation or ownership — we were asked to send yet another email just to report the issue, despite already being in communication with their team. IndiGo hides behind rigid "point-to-point" policies rather than acting with even a hint of human decency or flexibility. Their customer service is robotic, dismissive, and uncoordinated, with no interest in resolving issues — just shifting responsibility. If you value your time, your belongings, or even a basic standard of service, avoid IndiGo at all costs.

overall worst flight I have flown with in the last 16 years. check in- waste of time, inefficient and unhelpful staff, lack of knowledge no in flight entertainment on a 7 hour flight from Delhi- Istanbul. no meals/ snacks available, prebooked meal: unappetizing and cold food worst of all- staff cannot handle tricky passengers leading to delay in departure which caused a traumatizing experience for our family when taking a connecting flight to London from Istanbul. we were almost denied boarding!!! I would request you to stay away from this incompetent and pointless flight operators claiming they can run an international carrier.

I will term Indigo as the worst possible airline as far as international travel is concerned. Just 2 days before our scheduled departure from Zurich to Mumbai we were informed that the flight has been cancelled. We booked the tickets 6 months back. In such scenarios other airlines would have arranged alternate arrangements which is feasible. The options provided by Indigo were not feasible at all which shows they have zero empathy for their clients. We ended up spending 150K more and booked with another airline. You just cannot get away by taking your customers for a ride. I will never travel Indigo again.

I am writing this review with deep dissatisfaction regarding multiple interactions with your support team, which failed to resolve my issue despite consuming significant time. To summarize: On October 14, 2024, I traveled from Ahmedabad to Hyderabad to Bangalore on a connecting flight. During the journey, I found an insect in the juice served to me, and I’ve attached a photo for your reference. I understand that such incidents are unintentional and can occur. Keeping this in mind, I refrained from creating a scene or damaging your reputation among other passengers. Instead, I immediately sent an image of the juice via DM on X (Twitter) upon landing. Your team responded promptly, apologizing for the incident, and your ground staff member, Mr. Prasanjeet (+91 82771 18023), met me at Hyderabad airport. I shared all the images and videos with him over WhatsApp, and he assured me of future support if needed. When I contacted them for a small change in my other flight booking they denied rudely for any support despite assuring me full support during the initial phase. Pathetic Customer service

Terrible airline with ridiculous rules. 70 minutes before at the counter but they couldn’t do the checkin. Even after online checkin was done. Not a big airport, less than 10 minutes to reach the gate and refuse to checkin. Staff are not attentive and no importance to passengers. Waited at the queue line for 30 minutes and once reached counter was informed it was closed and unable to accommodate. Ridiculous!

Flight Number:6E2154 Route: Shirdi to Delhi Original Departure Time: 1615 Delay Duration: delay for nearly 5 hrs My recent experience with Indigo Airlines was incredibly frustrating due to 5 hour flight delay and even worse customer service. The delay itself was already bad, but the way the airline handled it made the situation unbearable. From the beginning, there was almost no communication. We were told our flight was delayed with no reason provided. For the first two hours, no airline representative came to give any updates. When I finally managed to speak with staff, they seemed uninterested and unhelpful. Every time I asked for more information, the response was vague, with staff repeating, “We’ll have more information soon.” Despite passengers sitting in the terminal for hours. The airport itself had limited seating, and the airline didn’t make any effort to ensure passengers were comfortable or kept informed. Ultimately, the delay turned an already long travel day into an exhausting nightmare, and Indigo Airlines’ poor customer service only added to the stress. For an airline of this size, Still waiting at airport ……., God knows how long it takes😡

(Very bad Experience: 0 stars out of 5 stars)Flying with Indigo Airlines was a horrendous experience, deserving of 0 stars out of 5. Their staff displayed a shocking lack of professionalism, showing indifference towards passenger needs. The handling of missed flights was the epitome of incompetence; due to their own errors, I missed my connecting flight, incurring inconvenience and added expenses. Instead of assistance or compensation, they shrugged off responsibility, prioritizing profit over passenger welfare. Indigo Airlines' disregard for customer satisfaction was evident throughout the journey, leaving me stranded with no remorse. I strongly discourage anyone from choosing this airline. Their poor service, incompetence, and utter disregard for passengers make them the worst airline I've encountered. Save yourself the trouble and opt for a different airline for your travels.

Worst Airline, Wish I read reviews before booking. I had connecting flight to London from Dubai. Suppose to land at Dubai at 21.15 Instead diverted flight to sharjah Airport. Had some issues at Dubai Airport. Pilot informed will take off soon when Dubai Airport gives clearance. Pilot n senior staff crew decided to take advantage of this by refuelling and do maintenance while waiting. While Dubai had given them clearance like to all airlines Indigo were not ready to take off the flight because they wanted to complete thier maintenance. However I informed them as i will miss my connecting flight to London. They assaured me that indigo office at Dubai will take care of this for me. This was delivered by senior member of staff Nitin from sharjah Airport. Flight landed at 3.05am after 6 hours delayed. After immigration and baggage claim headed to indigo office. Office was shut and was waiting outside until 6.30am. Not to my surprise the staff denied everything about helping me to get another flight. After few minutes the gentleman accepted they had a call from Nitin to sort this out for me to travel Keep away from Indigo Airlines.

Extortion is the name of the game. You can not check in without buying a seat. of course you only find that out 24h before you fly, not when you book. even the middle seats cost and to trick you they only show expensive seats available - but when boarding you realize half the plane is empty. Forget taking luggage. it will cost you more the the ticket itself. the only good thing about this airline is the new fleet with AB 320 neo.

They don’t display free seats during web check in and entire seats are displayed as paid seats . Worst seats are not allocated even if one opts for Auto check in . You need to arrive early at the airport and check in thru kiosk or pay at the counter wherein seats are allocated on different rows even to couples traveling together unmindful of their medical needs . Have written to aviation ministry to formulate guidelines and policy for display of 75% seats as free seats during web check in and allocation of adjoining seats to couples / families/family with children travelling together. No surprise it’s tagged the worst airline

This airline's baggage fee scam is just horrible. What they are doing is borderline extortion. I had to pay $162 usd worth of baggage fees for a $159 flight. Their website is not user-friendly. Spent hours trying to do research and going through their website just to add a bag. I tried everything to not have a nightmare at the airport, but it happened anyway. DO NOT use them!

I often fly with IndiGo during my visits to India. My last flight with them was in September 2021 on the Hyderabad-Mumbai sector. You get your money's worth in IndiGo. The airplanes, all very new A320 NEO/A321 NEO can already look somewhat tired sometimes, but they are quite clean. The crew are quite mixed. Some are friendly but most seem very distant and uncaring. Their onboard meals are all overpriced, so I never buy them. On the occasions that I have bought them, I've found them to be below average. IndiGo should realise that we Indians take our food seriously, and have high standards in this area. Overall an ok carrier for short 1-2 hour flights. I would not fly them on longer hauls.

I booked a ticket on INDIGO on 03JAN22 for 05JAN22 Cochin to Dubai at departure time 0030 local time but after the booking I get an SMS stating the departure time on 05JAN22 is 1300 local time which is a delay of almost 13 hours. and do not serve my purpose for the day. Their website had a problem then why should I suffer for it, hence I requested a full refund for which they are not willing to give. I called them and after talking to their customer service for 01 hour or more, she (Simran), would not give a full refund, neither solve the issue nor let me speak to her manager and want me book for another date. From her I understood that the 04JAN22 flight was cancelled and they rescheduled the 05JAN22 flight; which I did not want due to the change in timing and fly with another airline as I have to reach on 05JAN22 early morning.

Indigo is the worst airline to fly with please stay well away. The service is very poor, the staff are very rude and if you have any issues you will be ignored. In August 2019 I was travelling with my 77 year old mother who has severe arthritis. We missed our connecting flight due to indigo's flight being late. We were travelling from Dubai to Delhi then a connecting flight from Delhi to Amritsar all with indigo. Our Indigo flight from Dubai landed 40 minutes late in Delhi. We rushed to catch our connecting Indigo flight to Amritsar but was told buy a indigo manager at Delhi airport that the plane had already taken off. I was told you have arrived late the gate is closed and there's nothing I can do. I explained our indigo flight from Dubai was late but without checking was told I'm lying and that the flight was not late. I tried to explain my situation but was told I should buy a new ticket. We then had to get a taxi from Delhi to Amritsar. This was the worst experience we have ever had. PLEASE DON'T FLY WITH THIS AIRLINE

INDIGO KEEPS ME HUNGRY ON CHRISTMAS EVE DESPITE PRE-BOOKING MY MEALS My Corporate Indigo ticket (PNR: RIDSRM) had a complimentary meal booked on flight 6E 615 from Delhi to Kolkata on 24 December 2019, #ChristmasEve, but your air hostess Anindita took over 1 hour 20 minutes to reach my seat 5b. She then cooly told me that no sandwiches were available & neither she did bother to offer me a beverage which I am eligible for. Is this the way Indigo treats its Corporate customers??? Totally unprofessional & insensitive behaviour. Moreover do you hire a hostess who takes 1 hour 20 minutes to reach row number 5?  It is sad & pathetic that Indigo treats its Corporate passengers in this insensitive manner. What is happening at Indigo?

Horrible airline. Instead of selling one ticket for my Kolkata-Tituchirappalli journey, I was forced to buy 2 separate tickets for Kolkata-Chennai and Chennai-Tiruchirappalli flights. They do not sell a single ticket when there is a change of aircraft. If the first flight is late, the second flight ticket becomes null and void. Also, they charge any excess baggage twice. They charge kg of excess baggage per ticket, Rs 400 per kilo independent of distance flown. As they only sell separate tickets for change of aircrafts, the baggabe charge multiplies. As I had two separate tickets the baggage charge would be 2X Rs 400 = Rs 800 per kg. No food was served in the economy class. The airline employees were also unfriendly.

The colour indigo is fresh and happy – even saying the word out loud makes me smile. The airline IndiGo is no different. Keeping in mind that this is a low-cost carrier, it was virtually impossible to tack any negativity onto this airline. They embrace a fun outlook on just about everything, from their inflight magazine, titled ‘6E’ (pronounced ‘sexy’), to their luggage buggies on the tarmac, called ‘Ground Force’. Yes, the seats are narrow (no worse than any other budget airline) and they don’t recline, which is a blessing when you’re trying to watch a video on your tablet/phone – that’s right, the seats do not have monitors built in. You pay for food and beverages (it’s the norm now), but the prices are fair and some of the snacks are served in fun packaging that you might even want to take home. I know I did. I still have my ‘Nut Case’. Blue is my favorite colour, and now IndiGo is my favorite budget airline. Four Thumbs Up

After all higher management even trying to blame me. They should behave himself otherwise every one now what happened with kingfisher airline and jet airways.

My wife and I chose Indigo Airlines as suggested by a travel agent for a 10 day holiday to Turkey. We were shocked on boarding the Delhi to Istanbul aircraft to see that IT HAD NO INFLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT. The 7 hour flight was a torture. And just like domestic flights they had no food to cater for an international flight. Just hot water to be poured into instant noodle and instant upma cups all charged at exorbitant rates in US Dollars. So Charges in international rates but same domestic standards. Avoid Indigo for International Tra vel. They are good only for domestic travel. Am returning to Bangalore tonight by 6E 12 IST to DEL and dread the thought of the torturous flight with no entertainment. Date of travel: August 2019

I was travelling Indigo in May. I had been refused boarding as I had reached a bit late. The girl at the counter misled me and due to this my trip got delayed a day, I had to buy fresh tickets for next days flight paying in full and buy a room to stay the night. This hit me back with a loss of around 20k. The shock was that I was not alone. There were lots of people at the counter facing the same harassment. I overheard the girl at the check in counter talking to another girl staff of Indigo that the flight is overbooked and they will have to refuse seat to anyone coming to check in after this. I think this is what is exactly going on here. They overbook the flights and then refuse admission to anyone who comes even slightly late (taking benefit of the fact that some people always get late) and then instead of apologizing for overbooking and repay for inconvenience; they harass them and make them suffer monetary and mentally.

On May 30th, 2018 my husband, mother and myself were supposed to catch our flight from Delhi, India to Goa, India with Indigo Airlines. However, the day before the flight we received a message stating that our terminal had changed due to renovations in the airport. My husband had called the airlines to confirm and was told that our terminal had in fact changed. Once we arrived at the Delhi airport, security wouldn’t let us inside the airport and he kept telling us we were in the wrong terminal. We told him that the airlines themselves had confirmed about the terminal change, but he still didn’t want to let us in and asked us to go to the Indigo customer care outside of the airport. When we went inside the customer service area it was already packed with other passengers and we had to wait a long time before we were greeted by the only one Indigo Airlines agent that was there. After we explained the situation to the gentleman, he called his manager to help us. The manager took at least 15-20 minutes before he came down (after the agent called numerous times). When we re-explained the situation the manager told us he can’t help us and left mid-conversation, baffling both my husband and I with such horrible customer service., especially from someone in management. The manager left another agent to “deal” with us that was even less helpful. By this time, boarding to the plane had started and we were still stuck with the agent telling us she couldn’t do anything. We asked instead of giving us full credit to book us another flight and we would pay the difference but she did not want to do that. She said we will have to pay in full for the flights and we would not be reimbursed. By this time, all early flights were gone, and by the time we finally checked ourselves to book another flight with another airlines all flights to Goa for May 30th were booked. We booked our flight with Fly Air for 6 times the original price and had to book a hotel for another night at Delhi. We called the hotel in Goa to advise them we wouldn’t make it to the hotel that day, but rather the following afternoon and asked if we would be able to get a credit for that day, but unfortunately we couldn’t. Because of the horrible service from Indigo airlines and wrong information given to us by them, we had to spend 6 times the price of our original flights, lost 1 day of hotel in Goa and had to book another extra night in Delhi. Below I stated "Economy Class" as our cabin, however we never stepped foot inside the airlines. I have been making sure I advise family and friends to AVOID Indigo Airlines at any cost, and any future customer should do the same! Indigo Airlines is the WORST airlines I've ever dealt with. It is obvious I am not alone on this based on the 4/10 rating they've received on this website.

Terrible experience with entire booking process and customer service from the airline. We were given wrong information by your staff and we were denied boarding for our flight because apparently there was no transfer desk at our transit airport! It cost us our return ticket, unnecessary stress at the airport, and an extra USD $2000 for alternative and last minute flights to make it back home on time for urgent business. Upon returning home, we made several attempts to reach authorized management to address our case - the responses were slow (if any) and unprofessional with no attention to our case. We received standard replies and it has been almost a month now since we have received any updates about our complaint. Booking reference: LCIKKC

Near Death Experience on Jaipur - Kolkata Indigo flight 6E-237 Had a horrible experience aboard Indigo airline while flying from Jaipur to Kolkata last week. I was on-board Indigo 6E-237 and half-an-hour before landing in Kolkata smoke started filling the cabin. This smoke was coming from AC vents and everyone aboard the flight was terrified as this drama unfolded mid-air ruling out any possibility to land any time soon. Everyone was afraid whether the flight would or wouldn't land. It almost felt as if we were sitting in the middle of a pyre of burning plastic and metal. That smoke was so horrible that babies started crying and passengers started murmuring and started throwing nervous glances at each other. Panic was written all over everyone’s face. As the flight landed, I asked a flight attendant to help me get out of the flight but it seems that the crew on board froze. I beg to question the safety regulations followed by Indigo and its crew members. With each moment that passed, everyone grew more and more afraid as smoke completely engulfed the cabin. With little help or information coming from the crew, everyone expected the worse. I swear I will think twice before taking an Indigo flight and will also urge everyone to reconsider Indigo. While it can be written off as a stray incident, the reality is that their aircraft have encountered issues in the recent past.

I booked on Indigo via Go Ibibo (PNR no BJB3RX Mangalore to Chandigarh via bangalore) for the 3rd of Jan 2019. Ten Days back i got a call recording & email from Indigo that the flight was cancelled. I called their call centre three times and was told that since there were no alternate flights, the only option i had was to cancel and i would be getting the full refund. Finally on the third call i accepted the cancellation ( all three call recordings would be available with Indigo) and booked an alternate ticket. I was told the refund would be routed through Go-ibibo.After a week i noticed that Go ibibo was still showing my booking as confirmed and no refund was recd. I called up Go ibibo and lodged a complaint and was told that they had no info on the flight cancellation and they have been told by Indigo that the cancellation has been done by me and cancellation charges would apply. Despite requesting again and again for someone to check the call recordings, my request has been met with deaf ears. I am amazed at this attitude and the theft of my money.

I was travelling with my wife and 1 year old baby from Delhi T2 to Jammu and i was denied boarding to my flight even after being managed to reach on boarding gate on time. The situation goes like this we were waiting for the boarding and our baby was having her milk when suddenly she vomited and we had to rush to wash room to fresh her and then we get a call from boarding gate duty boy that its our final call going on (as Delhi is a silent airport no announcements are made, I was grateful to him for call) and we need to be at the boarding gate within 3 minutes, his call came to me my number at 13:47 and i told him since we are with baby and have 2 cabbin bags we wont be able to run that fast please give us 2 more minutes but still I will try to be there asap and we ran like nothing, our baby got smashed with a fellow passenger and some how i managed to reach the boarding gate on 13:50 but were told Gate is closed, when i argued and showed him time he said "mai aapko minus kr chuka hu" i said how and why, he said time ho gya tha i said its 13;51 now and i am here since more than a minute then he on his walkie talkie passed on amessage that we have arrived but he has done that minus thing so what should he do then the perosn on other side replied " itni jaldi kya thi krne ki and kia kyu" then he suddenly closed the walkie talkie as well and took me along to his seniors who in fromt of me also told him he shouldnt have done this in so hurry and they told us "dont worry we will send u by 16:10 flight, please go to some F5 boarding counter and get your passes" and when i walked there the lady on duty said Sorry 16:10 flight is no more opertional now and you will have to take next morning flight and also have to pay 24000 inr for same. can you imagine first they denies you boarding bcos of their hurry and then as for sky rocket money, when i said i was told you are sending me by next flight she said that means you will have to buy not complimentary and in between all this the boarding gate guy got disappeared. I tried to argue with all but it was no vain, so i decided to take my luggage and travel on my own and on thinking i understood that it was just to achieve their slogan "samay se pehle udna and samay se pehle destination pe utarna" and also for that guy to close his shift and to rush home. On returning home i tweeted my complaint and got replies form their social media team that i will be contacted soon but that soon also came after 10 reminder tweets and the person i spoke to said "from my side i will refund you infant charges which is 1250 out of whole ticket cost" i replied no its about about the cost but the hassle i had with my baby because of your company and no fault of mine, and i challenged him to check the video/audio recordings of boarding gate and tell me if i was wrong and also hear your boy saying "sir i understand and agree that yiu are here and i told u to come but mai minus kr chuka hu kyuki muje peeche se message aaya tha jaldi kro", if anything of this is false I will not claim a single peny and will say SORRY as well socially on Tweeter to which he replied give us 48 to 72 hours to investigate and its around 84 hours no reply has come my way and now my tweets are also being ignored. This is how they treat their passangers and mint money. Please dont travel with them, and they will get to know what it takes to cheat with a regular flyer.

In all of my years of and many, many experiences flying, I have never been faced with such a totally classless airline as Indigo. I booked a flight with them from Kathmandu to New Delhi and had another flight booked a few hours later from New Delhi to Bangkok--meaning I wouldn't be leaving the airport or going through customs/immigration in Delhi. According to their own website, since I did not have checked baggage and therefore would not need to leave the international terminal/go though immigration/customs, I would not need a visa. That's what the warning message said before I purchased my ticket. However, upon checking-in in Kathmandu, I was told that I would be denied entry onto the plane because I did not have an Indian visa. How is that possible? I have since researched this matter more and confirmed that I did not need a visa for my specific situation. Luckily, I was able to get a Jet Airways flight to New Delhi a few hours later and thus did not miss my flight from Delhi to Bangkok. Jet Airways were MORE than accommodating and I would recommend them 100% (good free food too). But, obviously, I did have to pay for the extra, unexpected Jet Airways flight, which put a huge dent in my budget. I spent a while emailing with a member of Indigo's customer relations team about getting a full refund but they wouldn't refund all of it (just part) and the agent kept regurgitating the same line over and over--"company policy"--without ever really combating any of the numerous points I made as to why I was wrongly denied entry onto the plane. It is clear to me that this misleading company doesn't care at all about their customers and so I will NEVER use them again and I implore you not to either!

Flight date 07th April 2018 2045 hrs I checked in two hrs earlier. At the check in I was one kilo over baggage allowance. I was asked to pay as I was informed that they had "zero excess baggage tolerance". However I had web checked in earlier. I had paid Rs 800 for a seat which was first row as the airline claimed larger leg room for this seat, At the duty free I did some shopping. Boarding gate was at the end of the terminal so a long walk. Indigo probably opts for these gates as they may incur lesser airport charges. At the boarding gate hand baggage was weighed again. This was including my laptop bag+one tote+ the duty free shopping bags( never seen in my entire life duty free purchases being weighed by any airline, or for that matter hand baggage being checked at boarding gate for weight. I am a frequent flier since the last 35 years & flown most airlines). This is my first review for a airline and comes from total frustration and disgust with this carrier. I was asked to pay for 8 kilos. On board: Pathetic in flight service. Cabin crew was missing from the galley most of the time. They were in the aft galley with the others gossiping. Their meal services lasted 10 mins as hardly anyone purchased the snacks/drinks as they were priced very high. When I asked the crew for a second glass of water she queried" anything else"(tone suggested dont disturb us). On board menu as below PRINGLES $2 BANANA CHIPS $2 COOKIES $2 SUGAR FREE COOKIES $3 CASHEW $3 SMOKED ALMONDS $3 BANANA CAKE $ 3 TEA/COFFEE/CANNED JUICE $3 VADA PAO $3 TOTATO CHEESE LETTUCE SANDWICH $5 PANEER TIKKA SANDWICH $5 POHA $3 RAVA UPMA $5 SAMBHAR CHAWAL $5 CUP NOODLES $5 (HOW RIDICULOUS CAN IT GET!!!) CHICKEN JUNGLEE OR TIKKA SANDWICH $6 BLACK LABEL WHISKY 50ML $7 SO A VERY LIMITED BASIC MENU I paid $23 for my drinks and meal. No change available for a $100 or $50 note. So be prepared to pay by credit card. IN FLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT: NONE The two seats next to me were empty. But the first row the arm rests do not go up. So one cant use the next seats to spread out. I saw passengers in the rows behind doing that I I wondered why I had paid Rs 800 extra for 6 inches of extra legroom. LANDING: The pilot landed halfway down the runway. Where runway 270 is intersected by the 2nd runway and applied full thrust/brakes to stop before he came to the end. De accleration rate much more than normal throwing some loose objects back. WHERE IS FLIGHT SAFETY INDIGO??? For the flight I spent: Excess baggage at checking in bags: Rs 1900 Seat 1C extra payment: Rs 800 Extra baggage at boarding gate: Rs 8500 Flt Ticket: Rs 5600 Meals/drinks on board: Rs 1500 Total: Rs 18300 NO frills airline fare which seems good at Rs 5600 gets hiked to Rs 18300. For that amount I could have travelled business class on any reputed airline!! WAY TO GO INDIGO!!! WITH THIS KIND OF SERVICE YOUR DAYS ARE NUMBERED!!!

Horrible experience with Indigo. My ticket from Chennai to Bhubaneswar was booked months before. Without any notice Indigo cancelled my ticket the day of travel saying technical glitch. I have no idea what is the technical glitch is all about. Later discovered all this time the flight information on reservation confirmation was wrong. There was no flight Number 141 going from Chennai to Bhubaneswar. The customer service was very poor. They didn't even accommodate me for their mistake. Out of my two weeks India trip, I lost one day.

I am the frequent flyer of indigo and this is the best service received from the crew. I flew along with my spouse from Guwahati to Bangalore via Mumbai on 5th Aug -2017 at 5:15PM referred to the PNR No IHHIGH . Still I remembered the girl name Ms. Utpala who was done the duty on ground to help customer . I am very much happy to share that she is very helpful staff and very genuine and she is having well communication skill. I can say it was an excellent service provided by her . About the Indigo Airlines, it is one of the best domestic airline in india and the fare is very reasonable and the most punctual one. From Mumbai to Bangalore , flight got delayed just one hour . This is the first time faced by me and it is all right . Food is basically paid one but is good . I recommend to serve and to make available few more verities . About the Guwahati Airport, Very old and need to reconstruct and better to do painting . To ensure restroom has to neat and clean at all the time. All the best to indigo airlines and the entire staffs . Thanks.

Extremely happy with the service of Indigo. I had flown via Flight 6E-681 from Pune to Bangalore on 21st june 2017 at 0045 hrs. It left on time and reached on time. And I had faced a minor inconvenience with my ticket which was promptly solved by the executives. really appreciate the good service. Frankly, the service of Indigo is far better than GoAir & Spice Jet as regards to punctuality and service. And in addition to this, the instructions in Hindi were sounding poetic and excellent which many other airlines are unable to posses. the words which were used were no less than gems and more importantly, these Hindi instructions were given by those who were from bengaluru. really glad with the service of Indigo. Thanks a lo for the esteemed service and hope you maintain it.

Our checked in bag was completely drenched with water that smelled like fish (there was leakage of contents of some other passenger's bag). We are vegetarians. We have had to dispose the bag and most of its contents since the stench just would not go. The customer care representative of the airline cannot care less. They bluntly refuse to assume any responsibility, they are only interested in the money they made out of flying us. Very disappointing.

COK-BLR-GOI, a very professional airlines, I heard many crazy histories about indian airlines, but I was surprised with the service, price for the flights were very good, flights on time, plane new, crew friendly and professional, you pay for everything as it is a low fare airlines, but would take them over air india anyday, recommended!

Process savvy organisation that sees no value in customer service. Their paperwork and rigidity defeats the purpose of their primary agenda....flying people to their destinations. My recent experience of gates closing on me well before departure at a silent airport left me horrified and helpless. Just nothing would deter their young staff from choosing process over an agitated passemger who could not fly home on time to keep her medical appointment. Thankyou Indigo for the shabby treatment.

I went to drop my nieces at the airport in Dubai termainal 1. Flight was at 11.30am on 14th July to trivandrum. I have never come across such an unprofessional employee from INDIGO. His name was Shafique. He was at the check in counter issuing boarding pass. Firstly, he didn't notice what was on the ticket. I was sending my nieces unaccompanied and he didnt even see it and printed the boarding pass and send away the luggage. When i reminded him, that they are travelling unaccomapnied, we showed distress and then asked if i really wanted the service. If i didnt want the service, why else would i pay for it??? After that he made us wait there while he was chatting away with some colleague and also on the phone. At last i lost my patience and asked him what he expected me to do. He again made me wait. I want action taken against this man and an apology, else i will make it a point to complain to airport authorities regarding such disrespectful behavior.

Not Recommended to fly, not in international standard, not even worth for money, Waited for Baggage more than an hour no one as no clue, on return one hour flight delay and not proper response, extra baggage per kg 525 rs too high (when they are purely managed), not even have push back seat when flying international route. SO NEVER TRY TO TRAVEL IN INDIGO, WORST EXPERIENCE / SERVICE.

I came here to say special thanks to cabin crew staff on flight 6E 474 Banglore to mumbai on 8th July 2016. I was in really bad pain in my ear and head I could barely stand also but cabin crew was really really helpful. I just want to say thanks again. Because of them I could sit through the last half hour of my flight. You girls were the best.

I met the nicest person at counter 38 at Mumbai domestic airport today. When I was so flustered with the kiosk check in not working an hour before departure, and then having to wait in the endless queue and risk missing my flight, I decided to just go ahead with the fast track check-in against my will. This gentleman helped pushed my check-in through and gave me a regular check-in (at no charge). Keep hiring great employees like this and the flight will continue to do well as your policies move from good to bad.
