    This is the 3rd flight via American Airlines that a friend or family member of mine has experienced issues. The first 2 were from PHL to CMH, both on separate occasions/a year apart were delayed multiple times, and then threatened with cancellations, with no compensation other than “we apologize for the inconvenience”. The 3rd is from this week and a completely different state. AA flew a passenger to a connecting flight, then delayed and canceled said flight, leaving her stranded due to poor/lack of maintenance on YOUR plane. The only explanation received was “we don’t have the money to perform proper maintenance… We don’t have a parking lot full of spare planes waiting to be substituted…” Really?! That’s reassuring. Not. We take time off of work and time out of our schedules for these trips. We purchase transportation via your airline and you have proven to be undependable on not 1 or 2, but THREE separate occasions, costing us money and more importantly, precious time with loved ones. We will not be using AA in the future and will be sure to discourage others from utilizing such a poor unreliable service.
