    This is about the flight we didn’t take, due to the C19 virus.
    Three of us were booked in F-class from Santiago, Chile to Heathrow for June. As soon as BA gave me notice of cancellation I called for a refund. The kind lady answered on the second ring, took my information and said a full refund would be made within 2-3 weeks. The entire call took five minutes. Then, on the very next day, it was credited to my credit card. Talk about first-class service. We take this flight fairly often and, hoping BA returns to Chile look forward to doing so in the future. For me BA gets Five Stars.

    British-Airways REFUSES to Accept Responsibility!

    Was to fly to Melbourne on 21JULY19 from
    Manchester VIA Heathrow AND Singapore.

    Arriving late to board my Heathrow Flight, the Check-In-Staff was KIND ENOUGH to discuss my dilemma with her supervisor. Only option being to find my way to Heathrow.

    TAKING THE BRISTISH AIRWAYS ADVICE, in the heat of summer, somehow managed
    to get to Heathrow in good time where ONLY Singapore-Melbourne Boarding-Pass was issued.

    IN TOTAL DISBELIF was told by British Airways Ticketing Staff, because Manchester-Heathrow flight was missed, my Heathrow-Singapore was cancelled and subsequently my seat was SOLD to another passenger and that MANCHESTER GROUND STAFF BEING ONLY CONTRACTORS advised me wrongly.

    SURELY NOT PASSENGER’s FAULT!

    Numerous approaches to BA Customer’s-Relations as well as the CEO Mr Alex Cruz were in total vain!

    Long haul seat pitch it terrible. As 190 cm I had the most uncomfortable flight I can remember. Never BA again. Ignorantly I believed a flag carrier would be a pleasant experience, why else the extra costs? Boy I was naive.

    I flew BA 744 from LHR to Zurich on 12/15/19 in economy, seat 21C. I am sad to report that BA has sunk below Ryan Air, Spirit and Aeroflot. The economy seats on their new A321neo aircraft are 3″ closer together than before with “skinny” seats that cause back pain. The physical seat is the very worst economy seat I have ever sat in. They have a fiberglass shell that should, but does not, contour to the human body. Ninety minutes in the seat with my knees jammed against the seat in front of me quite literally gave me a back ache that lasted for two days. The final indignity was when I needed to take a pill, asked for water and was charged 2 GBP. BA is evil. The only good news was that the plane is an Airbus. Unlike 737s, they don’t crash.

    A380 was quiet smooth very comfy seats and decent food. Slept better in economy than many airlines in business. Note that the only this BA do wrong is to Codeshare with American Airlines.
