Worse customer service ever! 1) American booked flights that were very close … If on time we would only have had 20 minutes to make our flight. 2) my husband along with 14 OTHER PEOPLE WHO WERE CONNECTING made it to the gate with 4 minutes at least to spare and they would not let anyone on!!!!
Obviously this airline is NOT interested in the people they serve. A sad day….
