Worst airlines I have ever taken and I fly frequently. Flight to destination had a 4 hour layover for a very close distance from FL to NY. On the way back to FL flight was randomly changed and apparently I was no longer on my original flight. Went from my 7:30am flight to a noon flight with no explanation to why. Never taking American Airlines ever again.
