    The Etihad Passenger Service Agent separated 15 year old Minor kid separation from her mother ( Family separation )
    They have stranded my Minor kid at Toronto International airport at midnight on Aug 17th 2019 by Etihad airways check in agents. have caused me and my family mental trauma & a total unpleasant experience with the airlines. No Vehicle or transport assistance provided for women traveling with small kids during transit by Etihad airways .The airways did not  provide alternate solutions like suggestions of another flight, alternate travel arrangements , Car & accommodation etc in case of denial for my kids flight . Etihad Passenger Service Agents did not provide a valid denial reasons and also have stated false statement as “ no show “ for denial while we have showed up for boarding the flight on Aug 17, 2019 . They looted my money & didnt want to refund the money nor assisted with alternate flights.Very bitter travel experience &money waste

    I had a really bad experience with Jetsmart in Argentina. I was charged 57 USD in the airport for boarding with my backpack (less than 5kg) due to oversize.

    I have used exactly the same backpack in low cost flights in Asia, Europe, South America – and even a Jetsmart flight 5 days before – with no problem!

    I would not risk being cheated again, and I’d rather fly with Flybondi, Norwegian or even traditional and more expensive airlines in Argentina, after all, I did not pay a low cost for this fake low cost airline.

    I have been using Etihad airways more than 5 years ,
    Unfortunately every year airlines and crew hospitality become worse than before.
    I send my feedback after each flight to Etihad Airways but unfortunately their response just saying sorry

    When you walked in its look like been sitting in garage for long time. entertainment system old and had old programs.SEATS are very uncomfortable.FOOD IS WORSE.( LIKE THEY FEEDING PRISONERS) MAIN COURSE IS VERY SMALL QUANTITY. FOOD HAS NO FLAVOR. PLASTICS SPOON AND FORK. SANDWICH IS VERY COLD AND VERY SALTY. DESERT IS LIKE LITTLE DEBBIE .35 CENTS CAKE.

    Happened to travel on Etihad Airways after a long time for my vacation to India. On several counts, it was disappointing. On the way to India, we had requested for meal preference by calling the Airline’s customer service number in Abu Dhabi directly and was told that they don’t have enough of what we asked for. The crew was apologetic and advised us to write to a generic mail box. And on the way back, the ground staff at TRV was adamant in explaining policy of the airline and asked me to pay $ 120 as excess baggage fee but it took them a while to figure out how to collect that!! Irked since I had to really negotiate and subsequently rearrange my luggage at the airport. The onboard grub is really below par. For a 16 hour flight from AUH to LAX, their portion sizes were small and didn’t have snacks available for people to grab between meals. When the airline is selling snacks on an international flight, it is a clear indication!!!
