it was good but i do not like it did not have a seat back screen

I hate this airline. They should have stayed with open seating. Now you cannot do anything about seats now. This airline is terrible. I will not do business with them again. Upcharges for everything.

I was Originally going to fly on the 17th. First flight was cancelled due to bad weather. I didn't seem to say much. Second Time cancelled again. They didn't respond to any of my texts. Finally, on the 24th my flight was scheduled. Insane Service.

Not being able to choose a seat or pay for a seat is crazy. Also, you can’t upgrade to a better group through the website, only via the app (figured it out too late)

Recently flew in one week BWI-LAS-HNL return HNL-SAN-BWI on 737 800 Max’s. Loved the airplane performance. Quiet. Fun to fly. New. Seat legroom & width for 6-7 hour segments not sufficient. Confused on differences of their: choice, choice plus, choice preferred seating and related services. Too complicated. Needed more to eat on these longer segments. Only usual snacks. Box lunch would be great. On their app. could track each movement of checked bags. Big plus. Rated 5 for value as not yet charged for baggage and seats. Been flying Southwest for many years as my preferred airline. Concerned about their pending changes.

Low cost, fast gate to gate without delays. So if you're flying less than 2 hours FLY SOUTHWEST. It will cut your gate to gate time versus United by over an hour. They don't waste time, but it's a poor customer experience. Time is worth it for me on the short haul but could not take a 3+ hour flight with them.

Flight delayed. Southwest rescheduled connecting flight even though we made the connection in time, so they would not allow us onboard purchased flight. We waited 8 hours for our connecting flight, arriving at 2am. Southwest sent our luggage to a different city, so we had to stay and claim lost luggage. Then the refused to deliver our lost luggage the next day. We had to drive 2 hours to get the luggage.

I have had so many bad experiences with other airlines. Southwest is family and military-friendly. Their baggage policy is unmatched. Their pilots always come out and say hello to my kids while we are boarding and/or getting off the plane. The free movies and shows have saved me on long flights with 4 kids. Check-in is so easy. Everyone I have come in contact with who works there has been so kind and helpful. I had to contact customer service twice and they were so helpful and fixed my situation right away. We will always fly Southwest whenever possible!
