Just wanted to let everyone know that when they don’t have internet on the plane they will do nothing about it and also when you contact there customer support service well let just say they take a minimum of 5 days to get back to you and let me just say when you pay for business class ticket you think they would do a little better to resolve the problem My trip on two flights had no internet and they said they could only offer me a $50 gift card and then they never sent it to me Also before I had the same problem they sent me an $300 gift card So don’t waste your time with them as they will do nothing to compensate you at all they just tell you a bunch of lies via email and that is it Just so sad that when you are on the plane the staff goes above and beyond to make it a very good flight but they have the worst customer service care

I had a great experience in PR 211 and 212. The Captain with the rest of his team was really good, it was a smooth take off and touchdown. Cabin crew were all polite and helpful. My over all experience was very satisfactory,

The standout is that the Philippine Airlines website is so easily accessible on my laptop as well as their Mabuhay rewards site. Cebu Pacific website cannot be accessed on a PC despite complaining. The Cebu Pacific Go Rewards loyalty third party system is likewise not accessible in Australia. Several requests for access has failed. The PAL system is easy and automatic. Easy access is critical especially as happened in an emergency on October 4 as my Qantas international flight was late again.

Checking in is very convenient. Dropping off my luggage for check in is also simple, easy, and fast. Baggage allowance is also good. Staff from ground crew to airplane cabin are courteous, accommodating, and helpful. I always fly with PAL both for leisure and work purposes.

Ryanair is using every trick to charge you extra money. I paid twice for luggage: online via a flight provider and second at the airport. Customer Service is non-existent, is along the line: pay or don't fly. Is my last time with Ryanair.

Seat selection was not an option for a person with disability, it was automatically assigned and was not allowed to change seat. Seat was very uncomfortable and I was in pain the entire 9 hour flight. Staff was nice and professional, airline needs some updating aince it’s old it was a bit noisy, space was small.

Qatar Airways is cheating its customers and refuses to follow its own rules. They are a nightmare to try to deal with and should be investigated by the regulators. We left Boston on 18 June 2025 via Qatar en route to JRO and had planned to fly back on 30 June also through Doha, Qatar. After a US attack on Iran on 2 June 2025, Qatar airspace was closed, and Qatar Airways told us when we called that they had cancelled our return flight. We booked a new itinerary on KLM/Delta, which cost us about $1500 more. Although QA did issue a refund, they did withhold $540 as a penalty fee. I have been trying to get that refunded for three months with no luck, despite many calls and emails. I finally reached a representative on one of many calls who explained that that their refund department decided that they had correctly charged me a penalty fee under the original terms of the ticket. This is extremely frustrating, not only because QA canceled the flight, but even more so because on the "Travel Alert" section of their website, they had posted a notice stating that "customers with travel up to and including 30 June 2025" may change their ticket without incurring a cancellation fee or "refund the unused value of their tickets without any cancellation fee." So they are not even following your own policy, and the customer service representative ultimately told me that they cannot help me further or connect me the your refund department. I have emailed various documents, including a screenshot of the policy that had been posted online regarding not charging a fee and the email that demonstrates that they did charge me a $540 fee. I've seen arrogant behavior from US Airlines, but not anything at this level. I will never fly this air again and I hope others follow that advice.

We were the part of umrah group (52 people) from September 10-21 , 2025 by Egypt Airlines from Toronto to Cairo to Medina and back Jeddah to Cairo to Toronto At Jeddah Airport, On 20 September when we were boarding the flight MS 670, we were stopped at plane gate and sent back to lounge due to some technical issues. After 5 hours we were boarded and reached to Cairo airport. As our connected flight MS 995 was already left. We were standing wondering at airport , what to do? However , uncooperative staff at Cairo airport booked us on different flights to Toronto via Marco, Turkey, Holland etc. (scattered ,even families) being very tired of umrah and at Jeddah airport, we requested for one night hotel stay at Cairo but no one listened us. Me and my wife were sick of flu and fever and requested the staff to give us seats together but he didn’t and we had to sit separate from Casablanca to Toronto. We were supposed to reach at Toronto airport on 21 September at 8am but we arrived 12 hours late Our 30 relatives members had a plan to have lunch together and they arranged everything for us in our honour but due to this delay. They had to cancel everything and wasted lot of money. I was supposed to go to my job but due this tiring 50 hours on different airports , I became more sick , so unable to go for work yet. Losing my pay till 27 sept because I don’t have sick hours left in my job account. We attended to family doctor for details check up yesterday , she gave me doctor note till 27 sept that I can not work so I am losing 5 days pay Regretfully, we were treated badly by Egypt airlines staff at Jeddah airport and very badly at Casablanca airport. some people were very old and had mobility issue but no one cared about them too. many travelers did not find their luggage at arrival on Toronto airport on 21 Sept at 9 pm, so they had to fill up the luggage lost forms
