I fly both business and economy regularly in GCC and to India. Planes are frequently late the 320 ies old and worn out food in all cabins mediocre and repetitive. Loyalty program does not work when it comes to partner airlines, miles are not credited. Reminders to the airline remain unanswered and there is no telcon possible.
