Horror Experience with AirArabia A Complete Nightmare. Security staff forced my wife to remove her Bangles & Rings, even though she cannot take them off. Their Pressure caused wounds on her Hands & Fingers, Completely Inhuman & Unacceptable. Their baggage rules are Extremely unfair. Even small handbags were weighed at the Aircraft door, to charged a heavy, unjustified fee. Very poor customer service. Inconsistent ground staff, and terrible Passenger Treatment. Never ever again.

I am sharing my bad experience from Saudi Arabia to Dubai and Dubai to Bangladesh King Khalid International Airport to Sharjah International Airport. The incident occurred on the way from Sharjah to Dhaka.The date was November 16, 2025. Flight number G9514 departure time 01:45 PM my name is Mohammad Foysal my airlines reference PNR 67Y10l When boarding started, we were weighed for our luggage, and instead of my 10 kilos, it was 12 kilos, but I paid for it at Riyadh Airport, but the sad thing is that I am not a customer service I was ordered to give 100 Dubai currency without listening to me even after asking who. This is very sad. This is the first time I have had such a bad experience. I think it should be investigated.We are requesting that immediate action be taken against those who provided this service to the passenger.

flew with Air Arabia on flight 3O393 le 04/09/25. Upon arrival, my checked baggage was mistakenly taken by another passenger. I was left without my suitcase for the entire duration of my trip abroad and had to buy clothes and basic items at my own expense. Despite providing receipts and submitting a claim, the airline simply told me that my baggage was “located and delivered” and then closed my case without any compensation. No reimbursement, no support, no recognition of the inconvenience caused. Extremely disappointing experience. Air Arabia does not take responsibility for passengers’ rights when issues occur. I do not recommend this airline.

I traveled from Iran to Greece with this company, and unfortunately, when I checked in, I noticed that my grandmother's valuable and memento suitcase, despite its high-quality material, was terribly broken and completely destroyed. My personal belongings must have spilled out. This was very strange! I immediately went to the damaged luggage section, and after 2.5 hours, a lady came, filled out a form, handed it in, and gave me a tracking number. She said that this was the only airline that had no office or staff at the main airport in Athens. It was very shocking that more than 20 passengers were in a similar situation to me. Even after filling out the necessary forms, they said that you had to email the forms to the company, but they did not have an email address. The estimated price of my luggage was 700 euros. That night, I immediately found several email addresses from the company on the Internet and sent several emails, but after 2 months, they have not responded to the 16 emails I sent to all 4 of their email addresses, nor have they even apologized or paid compensation. I also called the main company in Sharjah and they kept me on the line for hours and then hung up. An aviation company that has no specific personnel, no trained and responsible managers, and no specific offices in Europe. Exactly like the fake and fraudulent companies.

had a very disappointing experience with Air Arabia . The baggage policy was applied inconsistently and unfairly. My handbag was weighed and included in my cabin allowance, leading to a £79 excess baggage charge, while other passengers were given exemptions or leniency. On my outbound flight from London, this rule wasn’t enforced, which shows how inconsistently the policy is applied. Watching staff treat passengers differently even waiving weight for some but not others was frustrating and unfair. This left me stressed, anxious, and feeling disrespected as a customer. Transparency and fairness are badly lacking. I will think twice before flying with Air Arabia again.

Deux vols. Deux cauchemars. Plus jamais Air Arabia. J’ai pris Air Arabia deux fois… et deux fois j’ai regretté. 🛫 Dernier vol (juin 2025) : Mon billet précise clairement : 1 valise cabine 10 kg + 1 objet personnel. Mais à l’aéroport, le personnel m’annonce : « Tout doit faire 10 kg, y compris ton sac, ton ordinateur, ton téléphone. » Incompréhensible. Résultat ? Le responsable me dit : 👉 « Soit vous payez 750 DH, soit vous retirez toutes vos affaires. » À 5h20 du matin, je me retrouve à vider toutes mes affaires pour ne garder que mon ordinateur et mon sac à dos. Injuste, humiliant, absurde. Et quand j’ai essayé d’expliquer calmement que c’était la première fois qu’on me faisait ça, il m’a répondu froidement : « C’est la nouvelle loi. » Sans preuve. Sans discussion. ✈️ Premier vol (CDG – 2024) : Carte d’embarquement reçue sans numéro de terminal. Résultat : j’ai tourné pendant 2h40 à Charles de Gaulle, perdu dans l’aéroport. J’ai raté mon vol. Aucun remboursement, aucune assistance. ❌ Conclusion : Air Arabia, c’est zéro transparence, zéro respect client, zéro professionnalisme. On vous accuse, on vous facture, on vous ignore. 👉 À fuir.

Very bad experience On May 13, my flight with Air Arabia from Sharjah to Alexandria, which was scheduled on flight G9 594 at 21:35, was cancelled.Iam Mohamed Hassan a Tour guideMy booking reference number: 622538176My wife’s booking reference number: 622529985.I arrived at Sharjah Airport at 20:00, and there were only five passengers ahead of me at the counter.I waited for more than 45 minutes at the counter due to the staff being occupied with other customers’ baggage overweight issues. Problems Faced:*Unprofessional behavior by the staff, including laughter and a careless attitude during a situation that required responsibility and seriousness.*Inefficient counter management: The excessive time spent resolving other passengers’ baggage issues caused delays for the rest of us, leading to us missing the flight.*Additionally, I found the behavior of the staff to be unprofessional and lacking in respect, which only added to my frustration during the experience.

Worst experience with this flight, especially from Sharjah. They have you wait in long lines after boarding, in the narrow flight connect area, which is hot and suffocating. The staff do not help out . If the flight isnt ready to board yet, have your customers seated in the waiting area! Do NOT choose this airline even on your worst day!

It was my first and last time to choose air Arabia . The staff at Tehran airport were pathetic , non professionals ,they were in hurry to leave the counter.mostly in other airlines they don’t issue the online tickets without getting the visa status of ok to board but in Air Arabia they had issued the ticket without checking the visa status and they confirm the ok to board once you are getting your boarding pass so Once you hand over your password they tell you wait to confirm verification your visa through email. If you are lucky enough your ticket won’t be wasted otherwise they waste your time , energy and fare while telling you that we can’t refund because it is passengers issues not ours. The worst part was that there was no office or manager I can coordinate in Tehran office. I personally not suggest this airline at all . Disappointed with air Arabia

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Air Arabia regarding their ticket cancellation and credit refund policy. I booked a flight for my brother and paid an extra 200 just to make the ticket cancellable. Later, due to unavoidable reasons, I had to cancel the ticket. Instead of refunding the amount back to my original payment method, Air Arabia held the amount in credit points, which is already an unfair policy considering I had specifically paid extra for a cancellable ticket. When I tried to use these credits for my own flight booking, I was shocked to find out that I couldn’t use them because the credit was under my brother’s name, despite the fact that both bookings were made from my own account. This makes no sense, if Air Arabia is going to hold my money hostage in credit points, then at the very least, they should allow it to be redeemed within the same account, regardless of the passenger’s name. This is a highly restrictive and unfair policy. If an airline is unwilling to return the money directly to the customer, they should at least provide the flexibility to use it for future bookings, regardless of passenger name, as long as it is within the same account. This experience has left me with a very negative impression of Air Arabia’s policies. Instead of offering customer-friendly solutions, they create unnecessary restrictions that ultimately cause financial loss and frustration for their passengers. I would strongly advise anyone considering Air Arabia to read their fine print carefully before paying extra for a ‘cancellable’ ticket—because in reality, your money might not be as flexible as you think! I certainly won’t be choosing them again unless they make their policies more transparent and customer-friendly. 👎 Very disappointed with their refund & credit policies!

Disappointing experience. What I was shocked about, and this is basic -- it was a 4-hour international flight, and when I asked for water, she asked me to pay for it at the counter and take a bottle!!! Isn't this a basic necessity that an aircraft can offer to fulfill? Secondly, and the worst -- Luggage!!! I was allowed only 10 kg cabin luggage for an international flight. Mind you -- with the ticket booking, you do not get the privilege of carrying a reasonable luggage weight. So I packed a bag of 9.5 kgs, just when I thought I was in the clear, the generous lady at the counter mentioned -- excuse me, ma'am, you have to pay for one of the bags - laptop and cabin must together be 10!!!!!! Wow! So now I had to pay the price of a 20kg luggage bag for my 9.5 kg. Could the aircraft not have sent an email or some information about this before I could leave my home??? What a filthy tactic! I only knew about 10 and it did mention 7kgs weight-on baggage. And mind you they say it's a low-budget carrier but the ticket was not all that low!

While Coming from Ahmedabad, we were told that wheel chair is not free, I will have to pay for wheel chair. I thought, my wife is handicap and will get wheel chair at Abu Dhabi Airport, but there also she did not get. Our plane of Air Arabia took off 90 minutes late at Ahmedabad Airport on 19th Feb. So there was on 90 minutes left to catch Etihad Airline plane at Abu Dhabi airport. My wife could not walk, and we had to change the terminal and walking distance was more than 1 mile. I received a phone call from UAE that they are missing two passengers, luckily, one manager from airport called to bring wheel chair for my wife as he might have received the same information for missing passengers. Wheel chair was brought and we rushed to plane. It was my worse experience with Air Arabia. I am also writing review on Google, and Review Monkey. I will never recommend Air Arabia to anyone. Air Arabia is the worse Airline I have ever experienced in my life.

Flight via Air-Arabia was disappointing. It took them 1.5 hrs standing at the ✈aisle without distributing meals. 8 hrs flight with only 250 ml water & 1 meal. This was flight from Malaysia to Sharjah on 4th May 2023 - 3.30 am. Least experienced flight attendance busy chit-chatting. Many passengers were senior citizens waiting for meal.

Our flight had been delayed for 9 hours and we had to sleep on the cold floor. The AirArabia crew and the airport staff told us two different things as if they too didn't know a thing. We checked their website only to see there would be no flights to Yerevan for two days, but the crew assured us our connecting flight would wait for us, and if not there'd be another one. So we landed in Sharjah and spent the entire day at the airport, like some criminals in jail, since we couldn't leave the airport and had no to little mobility there. The AirArabia staff was rude, they didn't answer our questions and gave us no information about our connecting flight. If we didn't literally bother and annoy them they wouldn't even give us a hotel room to stay in or a foot ticket to have dinner. I had to miss two unpaid working days to waste them in the airports, with no shower, and no baggage. I had to miss a very important family gathering that was devoted to my deceased grandfather. This is a low price airline, the service was as expected. What I liked is if you fly from or to sharjah the time you spend in the airport is really nothing: 30 min to 1hr. What I didn't like there was no enough WC rooms in the airplane. But overall they will give you the best price in the UAE and I recommend them if you will fly short distance only (up to 3 hrs trip)

This is one of the good flight. I was scared due to bad reviews before travel but it was actually an amazing experience.. Ground team and cabin crew people were very supportive..they supported and addressed all the concerns. Just wants to say thanks to very one.

I travelled Moscow-sharjah-Mumbai worst airline and bad experience, will never fly, lost my luggage and sharjah staff not cooperative, mentioning as low cost they meant money other ways, they offload me telling silly reason and made me to purchase new ticket and also made me to pay excess luggage for purchase in duty free. beside all this i had to fly Ahmadabad due to unavailability of seat and at the end my luggage missing and till date it is.

Booked 7 weeks before travel, travel time changed 3 times, last time by e-mail at 18.55 the night before travel. Air Arabia charged me extra for luggage, as they said it costs extra fuel to carry it. Each time they sent through new flight details, and each time the 30Kg luggage I'd paid extra for in advance disappeared. The last flight time was too late for me to travel, so I took the early train. Air Arabia have refused to refund me, and refused to refund the extra baggage I paid for, even though the extra luggage didn't fly, so no extra fuel was used. I couldn't recommend Air Arabia to anyone.

The worst experience of my life. I booked for the same day trip, and in an hour after booking i received an sms stating that the flight was rescheduled for the next morning. Ofcourse no one replied from the customer service to explain what that was about. The next day, we arrived into a chaiotic airport, people sleeping on the ground, and literally no place to squeeze in to go to the gate. As we finally made it, we waited by the gate side (standing up as all seats were taken) for 6 hours and still no one bothered to update us on the flight status. Every time we asked, we were faced with the same answer (you need to wait). No one bothered to provide water or juice to the passengers who had been waiting for long hours (some were waiting overnight). Wouldn't recommend it to my enemy!!!

After confirming with customer service that I can change the name of the passenger or cancel my flight for no fees or penalties, I went ahead and booked a flight for myself and a friend knowingly that he might not be able to travel. Once my friend confirmed that he is not able to travel, I called the customer service for changing the name - they told me that I had to pay a penalty of 150 AED and 500 AED as a flight fare difference. After spending two hours of my life with customer service, they proposed an alternative to cancel a flight and book a new one and it would come to a difference of around 350AED between cancellation and a new ticket - thats when again the fare difference didnt make sense. And Thank God i didnt do that, i would be stuck with a useless ticket. Well apparently, you can't cancel the flight while the flexi fare's first statement is about this. You can change the date or destination of the flight because they cant return you the money. In my opinion Air Arabia is a professional con artist, never again... I should have listened to my sister when she said they con you the best they can on the flight. More to come when I actually take the flight..

Air Arabia is for me the worst airline because when we arrived it seemed that the luggage did not arrive with us nobody could tell us where the luggage was. Strange because when we boarded in Amsterdam they offered us that the handluggage could go with the normal luggage So in the plane, above the seats, the space of the handluggage was very empty !! When we arrived in Tanger there was no explanation,not at all !!! I waited for 3 days before our luggage arrived and we had to call many times before someone picked the phone !!!! We had a very hard 3 first days on our holiday because we had no clothes and medicine for my wife and our kid of 1,5 years old. We had to drive 3 times to Tanger to get our luggage, the first time it was misinformation and we returned home WITHOUT LUGGAGE and the second time we could drive back home again WITHOUT LUGGAGE because the glasroom was closed and no one to open it, while we could see the luggage, no one could get it for us. Can you imagine the frustration because we do not even live in Tanger. I complained but did not see any compensation !!!!! The least thing i can do is never fly with this amateuristic company and WARN the people.
