Spirit Airlines review by Pat 2017-03-22

This is a very scammy airline, from the buying process through to checking in. Imagine, $50 per CARRY ON item, and $100 per CHECKED bag. Of course none of that mentioned during the buying process, only after you purchase your ticket (through booking sites of course). During the buying process, there are so many sneaky upsells and BS add-ons that get put on the order, it's hard to keep it straight without paying for BS. The whole customer experience is horrible and scammy. I feel like I'm at a bus stop in Bangkok, dealing with these guys.
