You wrote a review for Spirit Airlines 13 minutes ago 1.0 star rating 7/27/2017 I scheduled a round trip flight back in Feb for this airlines for July through Expedia for myself and my daughter; one day before my fight I received an e-mail about checking my bags and getting assigned seating from Spirit. I contacted the airlines and they said I was not seated next to my child; I would need to pay $50.00 more. I was also told if my bag was bigger than a computer bag I would need to pay an additional $25.00 a bag for myself and my daughter; if it was bigger and I did not do it online or on the phone, it would cost $100.00 each bag at the airport. I paid the additional $100.00 to make sure this didn't happen. After I paid, I looked into my fight and realized the only one way was taken care of. I called up and was told I needed to pay an additional $100.00 to be seated next to my daughter and for my baggage. Also, for your boarding pass, they wanted to charge me an additional $10.00 per pass at the gate which was an additional $20.00 each way.
