Spirit Airlines review by Lance 2017-03-31

Spirit is to airlines what the Yugo is (was) to automobiles. Allured by what appears to be a bargain, travelers soon get caught up in an upsell tug of war as they watch their cheap airfare sail past the bigger airlines fares when all is said and done. The luggage fees are tacked on for each leg of the flight and Spirit sets the weight bar (40 lbs) lower than the industry standard, adding yet another $30 onto the fee scheme. My flight was delayed 24 hours due to bad weather 3000 miles away and the Walmartian staff have a meat in the seat disposition.
