VietJet Air was freezing cold on both flights. Everyone wore sweaters and socks, but no blankets were available. After returning home, I was diagnosed with obstructive bronchitis and needed IV treatment and injections. Cheap ticket, expensive consequences. Never again.
5 / 10

There was no space in the flight and there was a constant wierd noise on the plane also it was confusing to recognize wich seat belt was from wich seat. They made a big issue about excess baggage weight and were arguing.
3 / 10

I wish there were an option to rate 0 stars, because even 1 star is too generous for VietJet Air. Staff were rude and uninformed about basic visa rules, wrongly telling me I couldn’t fly visa-free to Indonesia before Googling it and realizing I was right.
