Vietjet has solidified its position as a global leader in human resource excellence, earning three prestigious accolades at the 33rd edition of the World HRD Congress in Mumbai, India. The airline was honored with the titles of “Dream Company to Work For,” “Best Corporate Social Responsibility Practices,” and “Global Best Employer Brand.”

As a forward-thinking airline, Vietjet has been recognized for its cutting-edge human resource management system, competitive employee benefits, and a dynamic working environment that fosters innovation and growth. The airline operates a modern, fuel-efficient fleet, championing sustainable development in line with its Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) goals. Vietjet also prioritizes the advancement of aviation professionals through extensive international training programs at its Vietjet Aviation Academy (VJAA).

This year’s World HRD Congress centered on the theme “AI (IQ.EQ.SQ.) - New HR Paradigms (The New Mindset for the Future),” highlighting the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence in shaping the workforce of tomorrow. As a leader in technological innovation, Vietjet is setting new industry standards by integrating AI into its human resource management and corporate sustainability initiatives.

With a multicultural workforce of over 6,000 employees spanning more than 50 countries and territories, Vietjet continues to gain international recognition. The airline has previously been awarded titles such as “Asia’s Best Employer Brand” and “Top 500 Asia’s Leading Brands.” Earlier in 2025, Airline Ratings honored Vietjet as the “World's Best Ultra-Low-Cost Carrier,” reinforcing its reputation as a top-tier airline with a 7/7-star safety rating—the highest in the industry.

These accolades underscore Vietjet’s unwavering commitment to nurturing talent, fostering innovation, and delivering an exceptional travel experience to passengers worldwide.

Established in 1992, the World HRD Congress is one of the most prominent global platforms for careers and human resources, attracting business leaders and HR professionals from over 133 countries. The “Global HR Excellence Awards” are adjudicated by a panel of internationally renowned experts.
