Charged £48 for my cabin bag being 1 cm too tall at Gatwick, despite fitting under the seat and flying many times before. It wasn’t even checked on the return flight. Inconsistent, overly strict policy aimed at charging people. I won’t fly easyJet again.

Madeline, representative at Easyjet despite it was alright to take a taxi, although we questioned this at the time, was insistent we would. So we did as did many others did accepting the contract and kind offer that turned out unkind

ever again EasyJet. Our flight was delayed by more than 24 hours. After spending an entire day at the airport, we were only informed in the evening that the flight would depart the following day. Given the circumstances and my wife’s fear of flying, waiting any longer was no longer a viable option. We therefore booked an alternative flight with another airline to return home. EasyJet refuses any form of compensation and claims the delay was caused by (so-called) fog. However, multiple other flights departed at our scheduled departure time. We have photographic evidence of this. There was no fog; EasyJet simply did not have an aircraft available. We will therefore pursue this matter through legal channels.
