Follow-up review: after being charged £48 for a suitcase 1cm over, EasyJet offered no goodwill. Despite the same bag being accepted on return, they upheld the fee without acknowledging inconsistency. Rigid, inflexible service so measure exactly or expect extra charges. Or avoid!
