    My friend and I had two separate bookings and we both lost our flight after we checked in. We were at the gate printed on the boarding pass waiting until when we asked someone why the boarding wasn’t processing yet and they informed us that the gate has been changed at the last moment because the pilot decided to go to another entrance. The original gate was number 45 and the new one around 100. We reached the gate and it was way too late. The hostess told us we lost our flight and she was extremy ride the whole time. They did not call the new gate and they definately did not call my name. We were treated in such a bad way. They told us they could book new flights but we would have to pay again. One of the hostess was actually being nice, he said he said he tried to call our name but he didn’t know how to pronounce them.
