    Currently waiting at the Barcelona airport at 3:40am. Our flight to Krakow was scheduled for 20:50. Originally a two-hour delay, the check-in counter guy didn’t know what time the updated departure time was. Only the original was on the monitors. We rushed to the gate as the monitor finally showed that the flight would be leaving soon. After waiting in line for a while at the gate, we were told the flight will be leaving at 3am instead since the airport at Krakow is closed past midnight. One would think they would have known that since they fly to Krakow every few days. No updated information or communication so far. People are not pleased.

    This airline will need to undergo major change if they want to keep flying.
