    Flew out 25/06/16 from London Gatwick to Barcelona, checked-in 2.5hours early to be told the flight was cancelled. Rebooked us onto another flight leaving 6 hours after the original departure time which was delayed a further 2.5 hours, no reason given. Conflicting information on the departure board, crammed into an overcrowded lounge and boarded through an unlit dark airbridge (health & safety ????).

    Told to sit anywhere on the aircraft despite the allocated seating and no catering loaded whatsoever which meant no food service. Cabin crew hardly seen during the flight as they were busy eating their crew meals in the rear galley.

    The misery continued yesterday when we’d arrived early at Barcelona for our return flight. Checked-in online, received on boarding passes via our I-phones. Queued for ages to drop our baggage only to be told that we weren’t listed on the flight. Unhelpful staff member just told us there was nothing she could do and shrugged her shoulders.

    I’m really surprised British Airways and Iberia codeshare which such an awful company !!!

    The first and last time I’ll ever fly with Vueling, disgusting service !
