United Airlines review by Barbara 2016-01-04

I flew Azul from Brazil with a connection in Fort Lauderdale on my way to Chicago. The ticket I bought gave me an hour from landing to get to my next flight. I only had a carry-on and had no issues going through customs and I still missed my flight. Why are you selling tickets that are clearly not enough time between flights? Second your attendants were very unorganized and rude when trying to find me another flight and get people checked in. I have flown United before and this is by far the worst experience.
