Very disappointed. Paid for good seats, Singapore changed them. They admit it was their mistake but all they can offer now is for me to change my flight or be separated from my daughter. What is worse is they LIED to me in first instance as I was first told it was because I changed date (it has never changed), then told I had changed them myself (I hadn’t). Although they admit their mistake the only choice is for me to take a later flight.
