    I travelled from Perth to Singapore the seat comfort was VG, the food was excellent and the staff were excellent on this flight.
    The flight from Singapore to London the flat bed seat was excellent, the food was VG based on an average if the evening meal and a breakfast meal. The staff were excellent. The return flight from London to Singapore the flat bed seat was excellent, the food was VG however the staff member i had on this flight was not she tripped and dropped the breakfast all over me, she then advised me she needed to serve all of her customers BEFORE she could clean the mess off me.
    I cleaned the scrambled egg and mushrooms off my clothing and hand bag and the seat. When she returned about 5 minutes later she was going to just take the plate away i had to fold up the soiled table cloth and put it on top of the plate to make her clean up she cleaned a little from the floor and left me to sit for 2 hours in a messy seat. The flight attendant did apologise but her apology gave the impression of right that is all i need to do. I would have liked the seat and floor cleaned for the remainder of the flight it was gross. When i contacted Singapore Air they advised they could not find any report on the incident and they crew could not recall any customers having their breakfast thrown over them. How convenient. Not what i expected from this airline.
