1- Most of everything about SA are overrated. SA seems to spend a lot of money on advertisement and creating an artificial or fake image of how good it is. But the reality is the opposite.
2. From booking to lounge experience to in-flight service to post-flight service, it’s all disappointing quality. It’s all at the surface and for appearance, but substance or sincerely. Even the smiles from FAs are fake!
