Charged 325 PLN for luggage that fit the permitted dimensions. Staff couldn't explain why. My complaint was closed after they copy-pasted regulations without addressing my actual case. Then I was told to file ADR. What a way to treat customers

It’s not cheap overall, yet the quality is extremely poor. At Alicante Airport, “Express Bag Drop” meant a one-hour queue. Extra fees are everywhere, and perfume was sprayed throughout the cabin, causing a headache and throat irritation. I won’t fly Ryanair again!

Ryanair pilots are unable to land in wind speeds of just over 30 knots and the flight crew fails to assist passengers with health problems, seriously endangering their safety, life and health!!!

Extremely rude gate agent insisted that my daughter's usual carry-on was too wide (at most 2cm), forcing me to pay a Euro 75 fee. As a result of this overzealous and unreasonable application of rules and the very rude manner in which it was done, we will not fly Ryanair again.

I had seat 2E on that flight, which is a seat with extra legroom, and I can only recommend choosing it, even if it costs more. For a Ryanair flight, it was very good.

Extremely frustrating experience. Money was reserved on my credit card without a confirmed booking. No clear communication, no way to properly contact support, and no real help. I expected much better handling of such a basic issue. There is no possibility to call anyone, and the chat sessions were repeatedly closed without providing an answer. I have honestly never experienced anything like this before. It is almost frightening how poor the service is.

Worst airline I’ve ever flown with. If I could give 0 starts I would. The staff were extremely rude on flight FR5672. The Spanish crew members—especially the woman in her mid-40s who was shouting at passengers—even yelled at us after we had already bought the bag. Completely unacceptable behavior and a perfect example of Ryanair’s terrible service.
