Ryanair economy class review: Köln to Porto by Jacaranda

Extremely rude gate agent insisted that my daughter's usual carry-on was too wide (at most 2cm), forcing me to pay a Euro 75 fee. As a result of this overzealous and unreasonable application of rules and the very rude manner in which it was done, we will not fly Ryanair again.
