This was by far my worst travel experience I’ve ever had. I was charged £100 to print my boarding pass out at the terminal, which I’ve never heard anywhere else and wasn’t printed as a warning anywhere. My flight was £60. They also almost barred me from getting in my second flight they almost didn’t let me on because all non EU citizens have to check in at the terminal regardless of if they have their tickets already, which again I’ve never heard anywhere. They will find any way they can to screw you over. Avoid this airline like the plague.
EDITORS COMMENT: The boarding card charge is made very clear at the time of booking and there is a link to see the actual costs on that final page. The passport thing I completely agree with you on- its confusing and time consuming and its not made clear at all.
