    Our flight was complete disaster. We were traveling from Brisbane Australia to Singapore, flight Q5051. The whole journey was a disappointment. The entertainment system was a shambles, we had to stare at a blank screen for the duration of the flight due to a fault with the system that should have been dealt with before take off to avoid this happening. We have paid a lot of money for this flight which was a total waste. I pressed my help light which was not answered for a whole 18 minutes, I had to get up and go to one of your staff to complain about the lack of competence on this aircraft. Your staff are very rude and in no way professional. They were not reassuring or helpful in anyway regarding the matter. Either you need more staff on your aircrafts as they are all to “busy” to come to a customer when they have their help light on or you need to get more competent staff.
    We are totally shocked and disappointed in this as I myself have flown with you before and had a good experience. This shambles has put us off ever flying with you again. I understand a lot of people were very frustrated and I believe you will have lost a lot of custom.
