    Bad Service! I have flown Malaysia Airlines for many years and it has deteriorated. The seats were not clean (stuck with gum) , the cushions stained, the blankets have been reduced to half a size which barely covered left to right shoulder (shawl size) , poor food standard and the staff were loud and rude. As a frequent passenger on business and economy, the staff are unable to extend any politeness or warmth on economy. One does not need to pay extra for basic courtesy and friendliness. Economy price does not equate to rude service.
    MH “Malaysia Hospitality” logo is more like outright “Malaysia Hostility”
    The staff need TRAINING on good manners for all cabin classes.
