worst online check in system ever. no local support help, all calls through malaysia with over 30 min telephone queues, (and then they hang up on you so you have to queue again). food unedible (worth taking a pack lunch if you have kids). movies all over 6 months old, making for a long flight with kids when they have nothing to watch. they might be cheap after two recent crashes but pay the extra money on the flight as you will end up paying for it anyway in phones calls and extra food
