Our flight was delayed for more than 11 hours from London to Heathrow in February. However, we were given top class service by the crews when we experienced the delays (even though we were with Economy Class). We were given hotel room and were explained on how to make compensation, and we received our compensation within 2 weeks after we’ve lodged our reports. Best airlines and will definitely recommend to friends and family.
