The customer service is very disappointing. I’ve never seen a company with such a bad customer service. When everything goes right, AirFrance is fine but as soon as you encounter a difficulty, then, it’s a catastrophe. They are absolutely not responsive and they don’t care at all about their customer experience. I have had 3 bad experiences in a raw. I’ll never fly again with this company.
