Running late for his connecting flight, the man made the incredibly dangerous decision to take his luggage, run acrpss the tarmac and flag down his Ryanair plane - as it was on the runway ready to depart.
The bizarre footage below shows the man confronting a baggage handler and grabbing his suitcase off the truck.

Security officials managed to stop the man before his reaches his flight.
A spokesperson for Ryanair said it was a matter for the airport at Madrid.
