China Eastern Boeing 737 crashes with 132 aboard.

China Eastern Airlines flight MU5735 has crashed en route from Kunming to Guangzhou China with a reported 132 aboard. The last couple of air traffic control transponder (ADS-B) readouts from the aircraft show vertical speed in excess of 7660mtrs /min with the last one showing 9500mtrs /min. China Eastern is one of China’s largest airlines with over 600 jets including 130 Boeing 737s and it has an excellent safety record. The 737-800 involved in the crash is only 6.8 years old and is not the MAX model. The Guangxi Emergency Management Department reported that “a Boeing 737 passenger plane carrying 133 people from China Eastern Airlines crashed in Teng County, Wuzhou, Guangxi, and caused a fire. At present, rescue teams have been assembled and approaching, and the casualties are unknown.” The area of the crash is mountainous. The vision below shows the plane in a near-vertical dive. China’s CCTV news has also reported the crash and that rescue teams have been dispatched. It states injuries and casualties unknown. The Civil Aviation Administration of China has confirmed that the plane crashed. A total of 132 people were on board, including 123 passengers and 9 crew members. The CAAC has activated the emergency mechanism and sent a working group to the scene. Boeing said; "Our thoughts are with the passengers and crew of China Eastern Airlines Flight MU 5735. We are working with our airline customer and are ready to support them.
