Sky Express

I was traveling with a party of 8. Sky Express did not load any of our luggage on the plane from Milos to Athens. When we arrived in Thessaloniki (second leg), they had no idea where our luggage was. We made repeated calls to Sky Express in Milos and Athens and go no answer. After several calls and visits to the lost and found at the airport in Thessaloniki, they confirmed that our luggage had been shipped by boat to Athens. We finally received our luggage six days after our trip, and risked returning to the US without our luggage. We will never fly Sky Express again!

I recently flew with China Eastern Airlines and was genuinely impressed. One of the first things that stands out about this airline is its strong commitment to safety. As one of China’s major state-owned carriers and a member of the SkyTeam Alliance, China Eastern follows strict international aviation safety standards and consistently earns high safety ratings from global aviation authorities. Their modern fleet, mainly composed of Airbus and Boeing aircraft, is meticulously maintained and operated by highly trained crews. Beyond safety, the overall flying experience was excellent. The cabin was clean and comfortable, with attentive staff who managed every detail professionally. Flights departed and arrived on time, and I appreciated how smooth and calm the entire journey felt — a reflection of both technical reliability and crew competence. In short, China Eastern Airlines offers a reassuringly safe and comfortable travel experience, backed by solid international credibility and years of dependable operation. I would definitely recommend it, especially to travelers who prioritize safety and reliability above all.

I had a bad experience with Etihad Airways. I was traveling to my destination when I was denied boarding due to overbooking, and my flight was rescheduled after a 12-hour delay. I recommend that people please think twice before booking with this airline

Allegiant Air

Overall Alleigant Air is bad with uncomfortable seats, mean employees, and old planes so i do not recommend flying with them. Note: Their Tray Table was no bigger than my phone.

Philippine Airlines

The standout is that the Philippine Airlines website is so easily accessible on my laptop as well as their Mabuhay rewards site. Cebu Pacific website cannot be accessed on a PC despite complaining. The Cebu Pacific Go Rewards loyalty third party system is likewise not accessible in Australia. Several requests for access has failed. The PAL system is easy and automatic. Easy access is critical especially as happened in an emergency on October 4 as my Qantas international flight was late again.

The aircraft of this airline was the worst one I have ever taken. The facilities were poor, the plane and the toilets were filthy, and the attitude of the flight attendants was extremely bad.

American Airlines

Horrible customer service. They canceled my flights to and from my destination and it was a nightmare trying to rebook them. They also refused to give me a refund even tho they cancelled them. They also moved out days and would not compensate us for the extra lodging we weee required to purchase

Just wanted to let everyone know that when they don’t have internet on the plane they will do nothing about it and also when you contact there customer support service well let just say they take a minimum of 5 days to get back to you and let me just say when you pay for business class ticket you think they would do a little better to resolve the problem My trip on two flights had no internet and they said they could only offer me a $50 gift card and then they never sent it to me Also before I had the same problem they sent me an $300 gift card So don’t waste your time with them as they will do nothing to compensate you at all they just tell you a bunch of lies via email and that is it Just so sad that when you are on the plane the staff goes above and beyond to make it a very good flight but they have the worst customer service care

Checking in is very convenient. Dropping off my luggage for check in is also simple, easy, and fast. Baggage allowance is also good. Staff from ground crew to airplane cabin are courteous, accommodating, and helpful. I always fly with PAL both for leisure and work purposes.
