My grandfather and my grandmother went on 2 June 2014 are travelling in flight721 MUMBAI to ISTANBUL to USA in business class and they got hesitate due to 5Kg extra luggage and your staff told go outside and remove 5Kg extra luggage i felt very disapointing because 2 months ago my nani (My mother's mon) went in the same airline but in economy class,that time she had 6Kg extra luggage so no one said anything.They were senior citizen so you should not behave like that.Ifyou don't want to allowed extra weight you should charge for that.
