Spirit Airlines review by Christina 2016-03-23

Ok 2 words SPIRIT SUCKS. This is my second bad review about spirit and that's saying something because I never write a bad review ever! The last flight I had which was 1 month ago, my flight was delayed 5 times and then canceled then reopened. They were debating on bringing in a crew then finally canceling at 130 in the morning which resulted into a long sleepless night at the airport. This time I got a call saying my flight had been downgraded so I called back and asked what that meant and they said no worries just a new plane. Well that was mistaken when I get my name called on the loud speaker when boarding the plane that myself and 50 others have been kicked off the flight. just like that!!! Spirit claims to have a friendly staff well absolutely not. They were so unhelpful and unprofessional & RUDEEEEE!!! I cannot believe this airline. Never ever again and I'm a 18 year old girl who rarely flys! Please take my word and do not even waste your time with this horrific airline.
