Garuda Indonesia review by Muhammad 2016-10-09

Had four flights between Jakarta and London and all of them were great. On my last trip from London, I was with my wife and my baby. I was expecting a little bit of chaos as usual but unexpectedly the flight was so smooth and staff helped us a lot during the travel. They offered us a carrycot yet we declined it due to my baby was too tall and active but then they gave my son several toys to have. There was another single woman passenger with a baby who cried all the time, but the staff was very helpful and made her comfortable. Overall, staff treated us like the first class passengers Indeed, Garuda never fails me, they serve with smile and patient.
