Turkish Airlines review by Steve 2015-06-26

We flew to Istanbul, Turkey from Houston, Texas. The price was great and the plane was very nice. We had excellent service. The boarding process in Houston was crazy. There was no order to the process and there were no announcements as to who was to board next. The employees would just point to people and signal for them to board. On the return flight, the plane was older and the Wi-Fi was not working. I was counting on Wi-Fi to check messages so this was a real problem. The video monitors on the seats were hot and made the area around our seats hot.
