I was waiting for 2 hours on my boarding gate, but I was denied to get onboard my flight. No one told me why, only that I must go to a transfer desks. Once I got to the transfer desk they surprised me saying that my flight was overbooked. I was trying all night long to get some water, or food, or somewhere to rest and no one helped me. In fact they were quite rude. I asked for 6 or 7 times for 6 hours at their desks and I got nothing from they. I ask for an official complaint form and I was denied as well. The story doesn't ends here. I've been trying to make a complaint to their non-existing customer care team (ironic name taking into account their absolut non-caring actions) for 2 months now, and I'm still waiting for an answer. If you are thinking in booking with them, I suggest you to previously take a look on the comments on their Twitter profile so you can see the mess they have when it comes about overbookings, refunds, baggage lost, and a large etcetera
