Made in 2015 6 flights with vueling. 4 of them were delayed, two of them were delayed by more than 6 hous. I have madean official complain to Vueling and claimed my legal right for compensation. All replies I got from Vueling were full automatic computer replies, no human being. Now, after almost one year struggling, in which I had to consult a legal company, even the lawer does not get any reply from Vueling, so it seems we have to start a court case. What an absolute bull shit air line. If somebody would have simply picked up the telephone and replied with "we are sorry", it would have been fine, but is seems in the office of customer service of Vueling air customer mails are redirected to spam box
