Etihad Airways review by David 2016-12-16

I know this is a little thing but little things are what make differences between airlines. I am talking about the crappy 'music' they play as people are boarding and leading up to take off. It seems to be the same on every flight and it drives me mad! I am not sure I noticed it on the first flight but the second, out of Abu Dhabi got delayed for someone taken ill for half an hour and they played this 'music' over and over and over again. It is probably supposed to sooth you but it does just the reverse. On the third and fourth flights I started to dread it but there it was again, over and over again. Earplugs are ineffective. They just cut all the sound by 20%. You cannot get away from it. Please just play us some nice Arabic music or something but not the same piece over and over and over and over. Please. EDITORS COMMENT: Couldn't agree more - it's very annoying over multiple flights!
