Promised a limo ride and quick transport to another airport after bumped due to change of planes causing fewer seats. Agent was helpful and professional but she had 12 passengers to rebook. We missed first option for reebok then a ratty van pulled up to transport us 1 1/2 hour away. Smelly. Hole in ceiling where ac vent should be. Not a pleasant experience.
